Itinerary

Day 1
Pick up from Airport | Transfer to Masai Mara

Upon your arrival to the airport, you will be welcomed by a professional guide from our team who will brief you about your 6 days Masai Mara and Gorilla Trekking Safari then transfer you to Masai Mara National Park. Enjoy a 6 hours journey through the scenic views of the Nairobi Suburbs, Savannah grasslands to the Rift Valley plains. Enjoy a 30 minutes stop over at the Rift Valley view point for photography before you continue your journey to Masai Mara National Park. On arrival to the park, you will check in accommodation, have your lunch shortly after which you will head out for an evening game drive. Return to accommodation after the delightful experience for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2
Full Day Masai Mara Adventure

On this maiden day of your 6 days Masai Mara and Gorilla trekking Safari, you will have your breakfast early morning then embark on a Game drive to the savannah plains of Masai Mara wilderness. Enjoy 3 hour of game viewing, expect to see the big five: lions, elephants, Rhinos, leopards, giraffes, Cheetahs, crocodiles, Buffaloes and many more all in the background of a beautiful sunrise. Masai Mara is prominent for the wildebeest Migration, a thrilling migration of over millions of wildebeest, zebras, Grazelle herds from Serengeti National Reserve to Masai Mara. There are high chances of witnessing this natural movement while on this game day at the park.

After the delightful experience, you will transfer to Mara River for lunch. This spot offers a scenic view of the flowing Mara river with the huge crocodiles and Buffaloes. After the refreshment, you will go back for a short game drive after which you will transfer to Maasai Village for a cultural experience with the local Masaai tribe. This experience guarantees you a new acquired skill in the Maasai African traditional dance before returning to the accommodation for dinner and overnight stay

Day 3
Morning Game Drive | Flight to Entebbe, Uganda

Enjoy your last cup of coffee in Masai Mara early morning before you check out lodge to embark on an enroute game drive as you continue your journey to Nairobi. Upon your arrival to the city, you will have your lunch shortly after which you will transfer to the airport for a flight to Entebbe. A guide from our team will warmly welcome you to Uganda upon your arrival at Entebbe Airport then transfer you to accommodation for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4
Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park

Waking up early to a warming breakfast, you will be picked by our expert guide to transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable forest National Park. The 6 hours drive takes you through Kampala city suburbs with a stop over at the Equator point shortly after which you continue to journey through magnificent views of terraced hills blended with gently sloping valleys of western Uganda. You will arrive in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park late afternoon to check in accommodation for dinner and over night stay.

Day 5
Bwindi Gorilla Trekking

This is the day with major highlight of your 6 days Masai Mara and Gorilla Trekking Safari. Upon waking up early to a warming breakfast, you will be transferred to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest Park head quarters for your pre-trek briefing. You will be grouped in groups of 8 people then embark on a trek in search of the mountain gorillas of Africa. Endeavor to show up physically fit for this thrilling adventure to the thick jungle of Bwindi.

Upon finding the mountain gorilla, you will be allowed upto an hour with the gentle lads. However some visitors always want more time with the gorillas so, we can prepare an extended visit to the mountain gorillas called gorilla habituation. The packages offer visitors a maximum of 5 hours with the gorillas.

After the magical experience, you will return to the accommodation to check out and transfer to Lake Bunyonyi on a dug-out canoe sailing experience which takes us to dock at our booked accommodation overlooking Lake Bunyonyi.

Day 6
Transfer/drive back to Kampala or Entebbe International Airport

After a beautiful night at the shores of Lake Bunyonyi, you embark on the road drive back to Kampala or Entebbe International Airport for a departure flight. You will have lunch en route and can purchase any craft materials at several souvenir shops along the way to always remind you of your Bwindi gorilla trekking safari. Our guide will drop you off at your booked hotel in Entebbe or airport for your departure flight
