Upon your arrival to Nairobi, Kenya Our guide will pick you up from your booked accommodation to embark on your city tour. Our first stop is for a visit to the Giraffe Centre where you can interact with the Giraffes. Next, we will head to the Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage for the public viewing between 11 AM – 12 PM to gain insight into the great work the trust does in working with orphaned elephants. We’ll make a stop at the Tamambo Blixen’s Coffee Gardens where we have lunch. Our last stop will be at the Kazuri Beads Factory which is a women’s cooperative whose work is distributed and prized around the world. After collecting full-day memories we return to the hotel to freshen up before our dinner at Carnivore Restaurant.
Early morning after your breakfast, our guide will pick you up at 7:00 H from your hotel in Nairobi to transfer to Lake Nakuru National Park. You will be briefed first upon your adventure to Africa’s greatest birdlife haven before you embark on the journey. Enjoy a drive through scenic views of the Nairobi suburbs, beautiful savannah grasslands with a stopover at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint for photography shortly after which you will continue the journey to the park.
We arrive at our booked accommodation in Lake Nakuru National Park just in time for lunch after which we head out for our lake Nakuru adventure; enjoy a game drive that can be enhanced with a boat cruise at the beautiful Lake Nakuru. Harvest lifetime memories of the beautiful huge numbers of flamingoes floating on Lake Nakuru before heading back to our booked accommodation for dinner and overnight stay.
Early morning after breakfast, we say goodbye to Lake Nakuru. We then embark on a scenic drive out of Lake Nakuru National Park to Masai Mara National Reserve. We arrive at our booked accommodation in Masai Mara National Reserve just in time for lunch. After the refreshment, we will then head out for an evening game drive; expect to see various wildlife species including giant elephants, hippopotamus, lions, leopards, cheetahs, giraffes and so many more.
The next 8 to 10 hours are spent game viewing in Kenya’s leading Masai Mara National Reserve. We will embark on full day game drives with picnic breakfast and lunch served in the bush to spend more time in the Wild. This full day presents the best changes of encountering most of the wildlife species that call the Masai Mara home as we explore the Park’s major attractions. After this thrilling day of magnificent game viewing in Masai Mara National Reserve, we visit a Maasai Village for a Cultural Encounter after which we retire at our accommodation for dinner and overnight stay
On this day, we bid farewell to the Maasai Mara and Kenya after an early breakfast, we take on an enroute game drive out of the park driving to Isebania, Kenya – Tanzania Land border crossing Point. Please note that there will be a switch of vehicle and guide but this is seamless and should note distress you. After the immigration formalities are done with our guide taking care of all the necessary documentation, you will meet your new Tanzanian guide/driver and continue to Serengeti National Park, enjoy a packed lunch then embark on an en route game drive to Western Serengeti continuing our booked Lodge for relaxation, dinner and overnight stay
This morning we wake up bright and early for a pick-up from camp for the Hot air balloon safari. Briefing will be given before getting on your balloon basket for take-off right before sunrise, around 6:30 am. As you soar through the sky, the Serengeti plains will unravel before your eyes, featuring golden sunrises, enchanting sceneries, and plains-game below, moving gently in the wind deeper into the park. Following the thrilling experience is a hearty bush breakfast below the shade of a single balanite tree. Savor the full bush breakfast in Tanzanian style, after which you'll enjoy a leisurely game drive back to camp, where you'll arrive by around 10:30 am, reliving the memories of the morning's flight. We then spend the rest of this full day exploring the vast plains of the Serengeti on full day game drives, giving us a great opportunity to explore the anticipated migration that roams the western Serengeti at this time of the year, the kopjes and riverine areas. After collecting full day memories in Serengeti National Park, we return to our accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay
Today is dedicated to a full-day game drives in The Serengeti. We embark on unlimited game drives split between Western Serengeti and Central Serengeti Seronera Area. Home to highest populations of wilidlife in the Serengeti – Seonera is an excellent place to spot predators such as lions, leopards, and cheetahs as other various wildlife species. After an unforgettable day, we will retire at our booked Lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
The day starts with breakfast at the Lodge, as the sun rise, we head out for half day game drives in Central and Southern Serengeti. We later bid farewell to The Serengeti exiting the park to Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Upon arrival in Ngorongoro CA, (An optional visit to Oldupai Gorge Museum is possible – an archeological trove of inestimable importance for understanding the origins of humankind) We continue our drive to the scenic rim of Ngorongoro Crater where we arrive to our booked accommodation for a Leisure Evening, dinner and overnight stay.
This day, we descend into the Ngorongoro Crater floor for full day game viewing, taking in stunning views of the world’s largest unflooded caldera on the way down. The crater is home to the Big Five and almost every kind of big mammal found in Africa. After a rewarding full day of game drives in this World Heritage Site, we drive out of the crater to return to our booked lodge for another leisure evening, dinner and overnight stay.
This morning we bid farewell to Ngorongoro CA to transfer to Tarangire National Park. Known for large elephant herds and the Tarangire river which flows all year round, Tarangire is one of Tanzanias major National Parks. On arrival at the Park, We embark on game drives with a picnic lunch in the African bush. Tarangire hosts an array of wild animals, including lions and buffalos, as well as various antelopes, wildebeest, giraffes, and zebras. The national park covers some 2600km2 of wilderness, characterized by undulating plains dotted with baobab and acacia trees. After a full day of game viewing in Tarangire National Park, we retire at our booked Lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
We enjoy a lazy wake-up this morning and a breakfast at before we pack up and checkout Lodge to drive to Arusha continuing to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your onward flight to Kigali Rwanda Upon Arrival to Kigali Airport, our driver will be there to meet you and transfer to our booked Hotel in Kigali for overnight stay
Depending on your choice to either have a Kigali City Tour or not, We can enjoy a lazy wakeup on this day and breakfast at the Hotel, our Safari Guide/ Driver will be at the Hotel by 9:00am to pick you up and embark on a drive exiting Kigali City for Katuna or Cyanika Uganda Rwanda land border crossing point. Upon Arrival, Our safari guide/ driver will assist you with the immigration formalities which will be seamless then continue into Uganda on a scenic drive to Bwindi Impenatrable Forest National Park with an enroute lunch. Arriving to our booked Lodge in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, we check in for a Leisure evening at Lodge, Dinner and overnight stay
After early morning breakfast, we drive to the Rushaga Gorilla sector headquarters with our packed lunches for registration and briefing on the tracking etiquette A total of 8 visitors are allocated a single gorilla family to trek, you will receive trekking sticks and head to the jungle in company of the park rangers and guides. The trek may lasts about 3 – 6 hours. These hours are spent in search of the gorillas however only 1 hour has spent the presence of these gentle giants. At the end of this memory-filled 1 hour, you return to the park headquarters where you receive a Uganda gorilla trekking tour certificate. You will then meet with our safari guide/ driver to embark on a journey back to our booked Lodge for evening relaxation, dinner and overnight stay.
After a beautiful night in the foothills of the gorilla land, we embark on the road drive back to Kigali via the Katuna or Cyanika, Uganda - Rwanda land border crossing point. Our guide will assist you with the formalities which will be seamless then continue into Rwanda on a scenic drive to Kigali. Arriving in the city, we continue to the Airport for your onward flight to Zanzibar, our driver will be at the hotel by 1:00am to picky you up and Transfer to Kigali Airport for your onward flight to Zanziba. Upon Arrival to Abeid Karume International Airport, our driver in Zanzibar will be there to meet you and transfer to our booked Hotel in Stone Town.
This morning after your breakfast, you can opt for a Stone Town City Tour and Spice Tour or Transfer directly to Zanzibar's North/East/South Coast to our booked Resort Beach Hotel for a full day of Beach Relaxation.
These days are dedicated to relax at our booked resort beach hotel, unwind and relive the memories on safari. You can also part- take in the optional activities at the Beach snorkelling or Scuba Diving.
This morning we wake up early to checkout our booked resort beach hotel and bit farewell to the Paradise coast of North/East/South Zanzibar. Our driver will be at the Hotel to meet you to transfer you to the Airport for your onward flight to Nairobi. This will mark the end of our 20 Day Magical East African Safari.
